ALL OUR TREES ARE GROWN IN SUSTAINABLE BRITISH FORESTS.

Fewer miles means fewer emissions. And for every tree cut, another is planted in its place. Our trees are Nordmann Fir, considered by many to be the King of Trees. They're famous for retaining their needles and they look stunning once decorated, as well as smelling pretty heavenly.

A tall pointy one, a short bushy one.... we all like our trees a different way. That's why we offer both self pick-up & delivery options, to suit everyone.

Don't forget to check out our stunning decorations, to give your tree the baubles it deserves...

How does it work?

Step 1

Choose your size. All our cut trees are measured from the bottom of the trunk to mid-way up the leader.  You can always trim a little bit from the top if required.  Don't forget to check out our stunning decorations, to give your tree the baubles it deserves...

Step 2

Add lights and a water retention stand, if required. Cut Christmas trees are like cut flowers - they require water to ensure they don't dry out and to stay looking fresh for the whole Christmas period. We would recommend approx a pint of water per day.

Step 3

Choose either doorstep delivery or self pick-up from one of our pop up locations.  We also offer a collect and recycle option to ensure your Christmas tree doesn't end up in landfill.  Please note, delivery is to your doorstep only, due to Covid-19 restrictions. All our staff will be wearing masks and will adhere to the 2m social distancing regulation.

Step 4

Drench your tree in baubles and lights. Sit back and enjoy!

A few things to remember...

Feeling hot, hot, hot!

Christmas trees DO NOT like the heat. Keep away from the radiator and other heat sources whenever possible as over heating will reduce the life span of your tree.

You're not the only one who likes a drink at Christmas...

Don't forget to give your tree a drink too.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Ordering

1. How soon can I order a tree?

Straight away! Please note delivery and pickup dates start on 1 December 2020 and the last delivery date is 22 December 2020.

2. Do I have to order online or can I just turn up to one of the pop up locations and purchase a tree on the day?

No, I'm afraid all orders must be made online at least one day before the desired pick up date. If you turn up to one of our locations without ordering in advance, we will not be able to sell you a tree.  This is for a number of reasons including Covid-19 restrictions as well as Street Trading Laws.

3. Can I order more than one tree?

Yes, you can add more than one tree to your order and each tree can be a different size, however they all need to be delivered to the same address. If you have multiple delivery addresses, you need to place an order for each. For large orders, please contact us as we may be able to offer a discount.

4. Do you rent ornaments and lights?

No, not unless you wish to use our full decoration service, but we do have lights and ornaments for sale. Click here to check out our beautiful ornaments made from recycled glass and antique sari fabric.

Trees & Tree Care

1. How do I look after my tree?

HEAT - They do not like the heat. Please keep away from the radiator and other heat sources.

WATER - To ensure your tree will last for the whole Christmas period, we recommend giving them approximately a pint of water every day. We can provide a water retention stand, if required.

TRIM - We will cut the bottom inch or so off the trunk of your tree prior to delivery. This enables the tree to absorb more water and stay fresher for longer.

2. What sort of tree will I be buying?

All our cut trees are British grown premium quality Nordmann Fir.  They are the tree of choice for cut trees, as they retain their needles well.

3. Can I keep the tree outside?

Absolutely, but remember that even if the tree is outdoors, you still need to water it every day!

4. What should I do if I notice there is something wrong with my tree?

Please call us immediately. We will help you figure out what is wrong and how to resolve the issue.

5. Are the sizes accurate?

Our trees are on the generous side. They are measured from the bottom of the trunk to mid-way up the leader. You can always trim a little off the top or bottom if it doesn't quite fit!

Delivery & Collection/Recycling and Self Pick Up

1. How much does delivery and collection cost?

Delivery and collection/recycling is £10 each way. Choosing us to recycle your tree for you ensures it will not end up in landfill.

2. Can I collect my tree instead of having it delivered?

Absolutely. We have a variety of dates available for you to collect your tree from one of our handy local pop up locations. Please choose the one that suits you best at checkout.

3. Can you bring the tree into the house for me?

No, I'm afraid not. Given the current situation with COVID-19, we will only be offering doorstep delivery.

4. Why is the tree netted?

This is to protect the tree during transportation.

5. What if I'm not going to be in on my chosen delivery date?

Please let us know in advance if you are not going to be in on your chosen delivery date. We can deliver to a neighbour, if they agree, or leave the tree in a safe place. Please note this is at your own risk and we cannot be responsible for trees that go missing.

6. What if I'm not going to be in on my chosen collection/recycling date?

That's fine. Please just leave the tree outside your house in an obvious location that we will be able to find easily.
