We've been very busy arranging extra delivery & collection dates for this year, to make it easier for you to receive and return your tree. Deliveries start from Saturday 10 December 2022 and all trees must be returned by Sunday 8 January 2023. We will only allow rental trees to be delivered before 10 December if they are being returned before Christmas, or are being kept outside. This is because they will not survive if they are inside for longer than 3.5 weeks.


Due to around 95% of our customers choosing to have their tree delivered and collected, we have made the decision to just operate online this year. We love getting feedback, so please do send us an email here if you would like to share your thoughts about this with us. We've teamed up with a couple of local courier companies so we can get your tree to you as smoothly and efficiently as possible - and we're aiming for around 50% of our trees to be delivered by electric bike this year. Yay! We'll be sharing more info about this soon!

Delivery & collection is £12.50 each way and will be added to the total at checkout.


We will be delivering to different areas on different dates, covering all London postcodes, as well as some TW postcodes. We do not currently deliver outside of these areas.

Deliveries and collections are between 8am and 8pm on your chosen day. You will be sent an email and text message with a 2 hour window on the day of delivery or collection, and you will be able to track the driver in real time. Please do not contact us to request a delivery or collection time prior to this, as we will not be able to give you this information. Unfortunately, we are also unable to change your delivery or collection day once you have placed your order.


You will have the option for your tree to be left in a safe place if you are not in, but please remember this is at your own risk. Last year a number of trees were stolen from outside customer's homes. We will only leave trees in your safe place if it is well hidden from passersby. We do not accept any liability for stolen or lost trees. If you miss your delivery or collection slot, please contact the courier directly to rearrange this (this may be subject to additional charges).
